Sewer on southeast side of intersection is clogged up with debris; creating a large pool of water for cars and pedestrians whenever it rains. Can't imagine the problems this will cause this winter!
City Inlet #3 on the southeast corner of Front and Olney Ave.
Problem: When the city funded resurfacing Olney Ave. the macadam,(road surface material), decreased the sewer drain opening to approximately 3"; being the fact this particular "City Inlet #3", (sewer drain opening) is located at the bottom of a hill poses a problem of frequent clogging from the thoughtless people, and/or transients in the area littering.
I would suggest increasing the opening approx. another 3" and install a grate to catch all the trash before it clogs the system.
