I have reported this outage to EMC. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the issue to be addressed. At the end of that time frame, please let me know if the issue has or has not been resolved so that I can either recontact EMC or close this issue.
Since I have had no update, I am going to go ahead and close the issue. If the light has not been repaired, please reopen it and I will recontact EMC. Thanks, Tracy
