Community Development will assign an in the Inspector to check for violations of the City’s Junk, Litter and Inoperable Vehicle Ordinance. The Inspector must be able to see visible signs that would deem the vehicle in question inoperable (flat tires, motor parts missing, up on jacks, etc). Thank you for contacting us.

Map pin is a residence, but issue description says the abandoned minivan is in "the boat harbor parking lot", up against the tree line. Maybe it's at the nearby boat ramp parking lot across from the Pit Stop?

There are no visible violations that deem the vehicle inoperable. We have re-assigned this to HPD for further action.
