Description

On the westbound side of West Chester Pike, just past the shopping center with the Pizzeria Uno and the CVS, there's a drain on the left side of the left lane. The drain and the space around it are much lower than the actual road, and it's basically a giant pothole. The potential for damage here is a real problem, and at this rate the hole is only likely to get bigger . . .
