Thank you for bringing this to our attention, however, after doing a site visit to the alley, it has been determined that the alley cannot be cut lower due to the exposed gas lines. It will need to be built back up with berms. This issue will be placed on our maintenance list.

Is there a time line for getting this taken care of? I hope it does not wait too long since we continue to have rains.

Currently, our street department is in the middle of a City wide mill and overlay project. This issue will be addressed as soon as time and schedules allow. We appreciate your patience in this matter and will keep you updated.

WE have gone thru the alley and repaired some of it. We are about done with our milling and paving for the year. When finished a crew will go thru it and and fix it up better. Thank you for being patient in this matter.
