i have many pictures i have talked to the town of forest city and the sewer people, the bridge dept, and what i seem to be getting is :"UNFORTUNETLY" is the big word they say it is my problem. I know there is downhill law to help people like me but it seems to get quite involved and i would need alot of money to persue someone for responsibility which several factors are involved, the town, the bridge dept, and sewer dept, and the people who maintain the creeks, which i cant even find out who they are. i have documents about my contact to them but nothing has become of it. I just dont know what i should do. If you could offer any help i would greatly appreicate it. Thank You, Lynn Wurzbach
