i am on 281 wells dr the creek behind my homefloods from runoff in the uptown where i live. hose was built in 1962 ,since then ,wal mart, chlies,lowes..ect has been built and all runoff goes in Bracett creek which is the creek behind my house. there is so much water my fished basement floods from water on the inside under the house. i called the bridge people, the town of forest city, and the sewer people because it has backed up into my house also and no one seen to think they are responsible to fix or help fix the problem. i dont know where to go from here i watch your show and see how you help alot of people and anything you can do for me i would very much appreciate. thank you.Lynn Wurzbach
