Hi there - Coincidentally, we rode that stretch on this past Friday's Bike About Town with the City of Albany's Rec Department. When we turned left from Jackson Street a child on the ride asked why this road is so terrible. We then continued to the newly paved stretch alongside the UCV development and others asked the same question, pointing out that they should have paved it all simultaneously. So yes, this portion is still noticeably potholed.
