  Thanks for contacting Zoning Enforcement (ZE) with this concern. A zoning case on the property Z-2015-1150 resulted in a court order obtained by the County against the previous property owner. The property was brought into compliance in 2018 and then sold to a new owner on 9/20/2023. ZE will open a new violation case, but must start the enforcement process over with the new owner if violations are found.
