Description

Dog/puppy (less than a year old ) left out in backyard chained up all day and barking at 1534 fischrupp ave. It's left out in hot weather barking and scratching at door and no-one lets it in. Not only is it a nuisance but it's animal neglect! They don't seem to want the dog in the house because it's left outside in the heat by itself all day.
