I use the 1300S exit, I hit this pothole last night as it is nearly impossible to avoid to get to my exit. In another post Udot claims to have fixed this from on 08/10/2017. The issue was never fixed and has worsened. This is negligence on Udots part. This is a very rough and violent pothole at the freeway speed or slower. My car very literally felt like the front end caught a little air as I nearly lost control. My new alignment I just got is messed up and my car has a rattling noise coming from the rear. People have blown tires here, they have swerved to miss it cutting people off and they have bent rims. With negligence at hand with this certain issue it will end up costing them.

Hey UDOT why will you not do anything to fix this hazard?

Agreed!! UDOT acknowledges the complaints as duplicates but takes no action! Very poor response to a dangerous condition. Perhaps they are waiting to update the fatality count on the highway signs?
The exposed rebar should become a real hazard if a plow catches it!

We will have crews doing patchwork along I-15 between 400 South and 2700 South this weekend. That pothole is part of the planned repair work. Crews will be out along the freeway Friday night and Saturday night. During work hours, the freeway will be reduced to two lanes and speed limits will be 50 MPH. Please plan ahead and consider alternate routes if you are planning on driving that corridor between 10 pm and 6 am both Friday and Saturday nights.
