One year ago I reported this. City is not doing anything to fix either of these situations

This house, and other homes like it, should be demolished. The railings on the front stoop aren't code-compliant and they're taped together. Homes such as this are destroying the values of the surrounding neighborhood. Honestly, this home looks like something you'd see in Black Oak and I'm quite personally sick of it.
