Community Development will assign an inspector to check the property for violations of the City’s Grass and Weed ordinance. This ordinance only requires the cutting of grass or weeds over 8 inches in height and consume an abundance of the yard. We cannot require the trimming of trees, bushes, shrubs, bamboo, ornamentals, ivy, poison ivy, oak or sumac nor can we require the curb/gutters to be trimmed or vines be removed from the structure. You must have visited the wrong address. This house has no privacy fence. We are the one with the privacy fence. The rats are now getting worse. We are seeing literally hundreds of rats and the back yard of this home, as seen in the picture I posted is now 6 to 8 feet in height with weeds and brush. If you drive by the home the front yard looks fine. The back is a virtual Jungle. Please reinspect. A mistake has obviously been made here.

I just checked the address. The mapping program says it's 2408, but it's actually 2409 Halmac Dr.
