Agree that this is an ongoing problem. Particularly acute in the winter, when the runoff immediately freezes and turns an entire stretch of Winter St. sidewalk into a dangerous skating rink. In addition, all this runoff is going into the little green space (controlled by the DCR, which does nothing) adjacent to the DD, encouraging wild overgrowth, which is never tended, mowed, weeded. City definitely needs to pursue this issue.

This has been a ongoing problem for many years.. Nothing is ever done! Many people have fallen on this ice issue and still nothing is done..
