Speeding cars on Independence in the morning during morning commute hours.
Drivers have learned they can go around to the back of the tube and bypass some traffic congestion on Webster by taking Independence. I walk to work and see cars most workdays doing 35 MPH minimum down this street. Maybe for 1-2 weeks you can park one of those portable devices that reads and posts the speed? Then follow up with a traffic motorcycle officer to drive (pardon the pun) the message home. Thanks!
