Description

Road is buckled -- slabs of concrete that makeup the road bed are buckled so some stick up above street grade into a mound and others sink down below road grade into a hollow. Area of buckling is about 10 feet by 15 feet on Cadiz Street right as it meets S. Claiborne Ave.
