Yes, I totally agree! I hate to bother the police dept. with this nuisance call; however it is getting ridiculous. The dog and its owner are new to the house which the barking is coming from. They have to be aware of the noise as the owner is outside with the dog and allows it to bark and bark. Help!

I don't know what her address is but the house I'm talking about is at linden and magnolia...I'm reporting this for my aunt that lives across the street from the barkers...they have a seriously ill person in their house and this is upsetting them
