Description

Residents of 4408 Palm Springs Drive left 2 adult dogs and 5-6 puppies abandoned in the backyard while they left for a week. Animals were left with no shelter, food or water. Residents don't plan on returning home until Wednesday July 26. Please address this asap as animals cannot survive long in heat without water.
