If this is a police then why is DPW closing it and not forwarding it to the Police Dept?

The same thing happens at Englewood and Quandt. Stop signs in this city are merely suggestions. Also, drivers speed up and down Quandt like its Allen Rd. The city could make alot of money from these drivers.

The police road patrol was given this information and advised to give these areas special attention. (Bellaire/Becker & Quandt/Englewood). In the future, if there are any specific areas that are in need of special attention, please call the Officer in Charge and ask for special attention for the particular area. Thank you Sgt Mehall, if the road patrol could be aware of auto's trying to avoid the Reeck/Goddard traffic light by using Bellaire to Becker to Goddard during the afternoon rush hour that would also be appreciated. Thanks for all your work.
