There is a desperate need for a traffic light at this intersection of Rt. 322 and Bradford Ave. It is very difficult to make a left turn off of Bradford Ave onto Rt. 322 westbound.
No way you're getting a light at Hall Road. (They just put one up a block away at Sugars Bridge! ) Think outside the box: if you can't get onto 322 from Hall, go around to Shadyside, where there's already a light.
I completely agree that a traffic light should be put in at Bradford and 322, especially now that they added the park across the street.
But looking at the big picture, way to much traffic on 322 and the speed of traffic is way to fast. Basically every road onto 322 needs a light to be able to safely make it on the road. I feel bad for the Bus drivers who have to turn off of Romig in the morning and afternoons. They sit there for long amounts of time because of how impossible it is to turn. Maybe a speed limit should be posted on 322
Everyone needs to be a little more patient while driving. About 12 years ago the intersection at 322 and Shadyside used to be like Hall Rd and 322 just a stop sign and 322 traffic kept moving. Also up at Bradford Ave the turn lane used to be almost up at the Trestle Bridge, now they have that patch of grass, so making a left was much worse almost like taking a chance to turn left.
