Description
on the street, in front of 334 Utah St NE there is an abandoned white Ford van, no plate, no drive out sticker, keys in ignition, mattress in back, passenger window half open. first noticed July 12 or 13, first reported via 311on the 17th and again on the 20th. I realize the process could take some time, but I did expect to see it red-tagged. This vehicle doesn't belong to any of my
neighbors.
