especially at night the smell is like gas and sewage.is something being dumped in the city at night?? it starts soon as 291 and highland av near the waterfront the smell covers the whole west end. this is bad now that it is warm its worser.we need fresh air at night.someone is either dumping or spraying something.whatever it is it needs to be investigated.
