7/24/17-Caller reports that trash frequently builds up at the garbage drop-off areas on each floor level at Avalon Princeton and that the problem is ongoing and persistent. An investigation revealed that the trash has been removed as of today 7/24/17 and there are no odors remaining. However, trash build-up at this location has been investigated before by the Health Department and photos were retrieved from the complainant showing excessive trash build-up from last week. Levine spoke with the manager of the facility regarding this issue and will be monitoring the location to ensure pick-up is frequent enough to avoid problems.
