Thank you for reporting this Rob. I would like to see the city take some time and clear this whole st (Railroad Ave) of trash and dumped items. This would deter future dumpers and give us, the neighbors an opportunity to keep it clean. Right now, there is nothing we can do as citizens. City of Oakland, PLEASE give us a chance! Take a day and clear the whole area. Don't just pick up one item and drive off. Leaving the rest of the garbage encourages more dumping.
