Actually 3 empty tree wells

2 out of 3 wells will be added to the planting list. Well closest to stop sign will be closed.

Do you ever consider bushes or shrubs in existing tree wells where a tree cannot be planted because it would obstruct a stop sign or some other sign or there is already another tree nearby?
