Thanks for opening this ticket. Second night that this has happened. Unlike when only one streetlight is acting up, this is a whole neighborhood that is dark, and is a public safety issue. I'm thinking that if nothing is done today, we need to contact Dunwoody police department to notify them of a public safety issue and work that angle.
Again last night, big swaths of Haverstraw, E Kingsgate Cir, Kingsgate Dr, and Brookhurst Dr are dark. I nearly had a woman walking her dogs on the street last night. I hope Dunwoody kept the receipt for these defective things!
This is getting ridiculous. I’ve reported these lights out directly to Georgia Power twice, only to have my tickets closed without any resolution. I hope Dunwoody kept the receipts for all these defective lights! Especially considering that GP is still charging "us" the same rate for these lights even though they use less electricity. 🤔
