Description

No Yield sign on neither side of 2 lanes entering onto 391 South off Grattan Street. Issue resolves in traffic and confuses drivers who do not know the driving rules of which lane should yield . I go that way every morning and see people honking at each other or just stop completely to see who lets each other go first
