Description

This is a vacant lot south of 1210 22nd Street South. It is owned by Mount Zion Church 1121 22nd St S.

Limbs broke off a tree and fell. They have been on the ground so long the foliage has turned brown.

Additionally the trees on this lot are not maintained and limbs break off and fall during just a normal summer rain storm. some of these trees look healthy from the ground but when the limbs fall rot is evident.

this lot has an ongoing problem in addition to this incident of not properly cleaning up Fallen limbs.
