this issue needs to be looked at again. trying to help,,, you need to go and sit at that light a couple of times to see what I am saying, instead of reading a report that probably isn't even close to being true or right.

I disagree. SR615 is a heavily travelled road and Fairfax is a side street. All the other side streets, Edgewood, Mentorwood, Dallas and the Heatherstone Apts. do not have lights. the city does not need to alter the light and cause 615 to be backed up.

I also disagree, long-time Resident of the area and if you dont like that light, there is an extensive system of side streets that do not have lights, just use a different street. If it's not fixed, dont break it.

It appears the only one this light is bothering is Genovese. Other residents have already stated the light isn't a real traffic issue.

I too dislike the long wait at the light. I use Fairfax when I want to turn left (I live on Edgewood). Tuesday I pulled up to the light and waited. There was traffic on 615 no problem. There were no cars in the school parking lot. After waiting a few minutes two cars pulled up to the light in the school parking lot. Guess who got the go ahead first.

I think the it appears that Genovese is the one with the problem because many others feel it is a waste of time to complain.

I have waited over 10 minutes on a Honda Motorcycle at Fairfax waiting to turn north onto Center street, and then give up.
This is a legal, licensed motor vehicle and the sensor does not recognize it's presence.
Might this be a problem?
Am I aloud to drive through a red light when there is no traffic coming?

Please make this light a true trip light so as to not slow down traffic
on Center ST. and to let any traffic back-up on Fairfax go through ,
especially during school days and rush hours.
