Please contact code enforcement 238-3381 to file a complaint the more of neighbors the do this the better. Sadly you will have to keep checking back to make sure they are doing there job.

Code Enforcement already knows about this business. Violation notices have been sent and this business owner continues to thumb his nose at the City, community residents and merchants. Something bad will have to happen before he is shut down. Why are things like this allowed in Oakland?

Plus everyone knows just put it on the street or sidewalk and it will be picked up for free.

At least you are trying. But getting the City to anything requires hours from the Pro-Bono taxpayers. From the federal government down they are all in a reactive mode hoping nothing bad will happens and it always does. Good luck.

David Coleman - I know all to well it's not free. The property owners pick up the tab through increased taxes and garbage bills. It would be nice if the illegal dumpers faced some sort of consequences.
