Description

Two pugs are allowed to roam freely with no leash, no supervision. Have witnessed them twice crossing Perkins Ave and doing their bathroom business in other peoples yard. I was told they are not allowed inside the apartment but kept in open crates in the apartment hallway......it's just a matter of time before they get hit. They are also somewhat aggressive with other dogs walking by, if they are out in the yard.
