Petetion the city of torrington to end use of the unessacary use of this road. In less the two weeks the has been two acciendent's on this small usless stretch of road. The first was a pedestrian resulting in minor injuries caused by a car travleing way to fast for the area. The second was last night( 5-5-10) which resulted in the death of a family pet because a man was driving well above the speed limit. City say's if enough complaints are filed they may do something about the road and speeding. Is the final complaint going to be the death of a Child?
