Description

This is a City Park Sand Volleyball Court that is very dangerous to children and residents. It is surrounded by wooden planks that have deteriorated such that the rusted nails used to secure them stick out for players to step on. Sand Volleyball is frequently played with bare feet which compounds the danger. Also the surrounding grass needs weeding, because the bare footed players can't leave the court to retrieve out of bounds balls due to the sticking burrs in the grass.
