My neighbors keep leaving their dog's poop on my yard, forcing me to clean it up. Is there any way to get some signs in my neighborhood that remind people to pick up their dog's waste? My old neighborhood had a sign threatening fines.

I'm sorry to hear of your situation. As far as i know the township does not provide signs. I recommend you try it yourself, i know hardware and similar stores sell affordable signage that can get the message across but if it continues i can try to reach out to the neighbor.
