2017 Connecticut Open – Connecticut Tennis Center at Yale
August 18-26, 2017

Dear Westville and New Haven Residents,
The Connecticut Tennis Center on Yale Avenue will be hosting the Connecticut Open Women’s Tennis Tournament form August 18 through August 26, 2017.
In preparation for this exciting WTA event, the City of New Haven will be closing Yale Avenue from Chapel Street to Derby Avenue beginning July 27, and continuing to September 8, 2017. Please take alternate routes during this road closure.
In addition, the City of New Haven will be posting and will be enforcing Emergency Order No Parking on the following streets during the tournament August 18-26:
• Central Avenue – from Chapel Street to Derby Avenue;
• Cleveland Road – from Central Avenue to Forest Road;
• Oliver Road – from Central Avenue to Forest Road;
• Alden Avenue – From Cleveland Road to Oliver Road;
• Chapel Street – from Alden Avenue to Yale Avenue; and
• Yale Avenue – from Chapel Street to Westwood Road.
