Description

A huge tree branch from a tree planted on Highway 37 has fallen into the front yard of 351 Rodgers Street. There is fence damage to the shared fence between the unit and the highway. There is also other tree branches that have fallen into the backyard area as well. Hillcrest Park Homeowners Association oversees the unit and Common Area surrounding the unit. The maintenance team has already chopped up some of the tree debri due to it blocking the walkway and door entry into the unit. Please assign this issue to the appropriate department to be addressed immediately. Also, please have a point of contact communicate to Hillcrest Park Homeowners Association as to when the tree debri will be removed.
