This issue is still outstanding - remain open until addressed

Issue has not been addressed, very concerned with winter quickly approaching, one ice/snow event could take out power easily!!!

This issue is still outstanding here is a current picture all trees have filled in with leaves except this tree.

I am not sure what or who I need to contact to get attention to this matter....but this tree needs to be addressed!!!
