interstate 30 between interstate 40 and interstate 430 in the center of Little Rock, AR has more than 50 street lights out. More street lights are out then are working. The lights include those on entrance and exit ramps.
Many of these lights have been out for years and I kept thinking that maintenance crew would periodically check on th street lights for maintenance and upkeep, but so have been sadly disappointed.
