i know code enforcement has been out to our neighborhood because several neighbors and I have been reported for overgrown grass. I wondered if unlawful watering is not a violation this neighbor waters every morning (Sat Mon Tues Wed) evening( Sat Mon ) so far this week. I am wondering since he works for a watering company(nalco) he doesnt have to follow the restrictions?
