You think that's a dump, come to 304 West Beech St. This guy's dump is in front, on the sides and the back of the house. We got a citation many years ago for just having some broken tree limbs on the side of our house !

the word in the neighborhood is that this house has been sited by the boro for the conditions. They have taken away two truck loads of stuff - that is their white box truck that is parked on Oak street. So hopefully it continues to where it is completed.

The whole place is horrible. Someone who lives there has been throwing urine out the window. There is no excuse for this. What took the code officers so long? Why hasn't the board of health been called in?
We have been doing some remodeling to the outside of our house and we weren't aware that we needed a permit. Well, one of the code enforcers drove by and within the next hour a code officer was at our home to let us know all about the permit requirements.
Just goes to show you whats really important.

If 2 truckloads of junk was removed it looks like 4 truckloads of junk was added. I don't see any improvement I'd hate to see what it looks like inside.

I hate to tell everyone this, but one load of junk goes out and another load comes in. The people who live in the house advertise in both the Mercury and the Clipper Magazine to haul junk from other homes. Guess where it all goes? Right in the back of their yard!!
Also, if you walk by the front of the house; you can smell the sewer!

The possibility of a civil suit is being investigated by myself and others. The City of Pottstown is on notice for not enforcing some of it's own laws. I get a note on my door cause my grass was almost 3 inches high but these people get to throw trash all over their yard and nothing happens! We pay VERY HIGH TAXES!! Where is that money going? I bet to the pockets of the government officials. They don't give a crap about the houses in this area, but God forbid someone in their neck of the woods leaves trash on the lawn, the swat team will be there.

After a few months of a somewhat cleaned up yard things are starting to appear again so I predict it won't be long before the dump is back in business. It would be nice if the boro would keep an eye on this place and make sure it doesn't get out of hand again.
