Descripción
Placement of no parking sign makes it difficult for wheelchairs or strollers to get by. Sign could easily be moved a few feet. The sidewalk around the tree is bulging too.

Today the concern still exists.
It could be argued if the mentioned devices could make it through without difficulty. However, I'd say that there's been no change at this location in either the tree getting scruffed up or the sign being moved. Even the dirt looks to be troughed the same as what's pictured.
There are several cases where the sidewalk landscape has trees pushing the sculpted cement enclosures. Some side walk is raised as well within the block.
I'd recommend a site review so any issued could be planned with a focus on the whole block.
