Description

Rental owned by Tim Molden 6805 Rustic Oaks Stone Mt. Ga 30087. Yard is piled higher that 5ft with dead trees limbs and garbage as there is no garbage can. The yard is overgrown and has a dead Magnolia tree in the yard. This owner should be cited for not maintaining his property. It is a 2 bedroom house that currently has a family of 7 living in it. Surely the city can do something!
