A. Storm water management placed cement in front of catch basin but did not look at rear wall. Water coming off the hill and from inside catch basin is eroding foundation of catch basin.

A. Too much water. Carnesmore drive flooded during the last heavy rain. One wheelbarrow of sand was removed from the street by home owners to keep steer side open.
