Description

PRIOR ISSUE REPORTED & NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Bad gutter replacement after road & gutter dug up to repair sewage line. Gutter is inclined & blocks water to flow to sewer drains. Road & gutter repair were done separately with each taking a long time before done. Gutter needs to be redone with proper slope levels to allow drainage. See pic with water blocked.
