Still no action on fixing / replacing pet waste station. Flies buzz the open container of feces. And the stench is awful!

Continuing inaction concerning fixing the pet waste station. Obviosly it is a deaign issue as I saw another one at the Museum of the Cape Fear with the same issues. PLEASE. We dont want an open container of poo and maggots spawning flies in our neighborhood.
