Description

This is a shopping cart tied to the rail on San Carlos Walkway between 42nd Ave and High Street. It is filled with debris- wood, plastic, etc. Even if it is from one of the adjacent building owners (I don't think it is), it has been there for many months. I reported this to SCF back on May 12. The issue was closed on May 16, but it is still there! The issue ID was 3407855 and service request was 731441. Please get this off of public property.
