  I pay taxes to use and share this park with my taxpaying neighbors. I have been paying taxes in this city for over ten years and get less and less for it on a daily basis. These tent people do not pay taxes, but have taken over parks and sidewalks, making places I pay for the city to maintain unusable. WTF!! Really, WTF. This situation is getting worse and worse with no solution in sight.
