Description
Peridot Palms apartments (new construction) built their downspout drain system to flood the walking/biking trail. Their system dumps collected rainwater onto a 2' wide grass strip that floods the trail with mud and lacks adequate drainage, leaving the trail slippery and disgusting days after rains have otherwise dried up.

Upon investigation of the site of this trail, it does fall in the jurisdiction of the City of St. Petersburg. We have reassigned this issue to the City of St. Petersburg and will monitor it to make sure it does not got back and forth as indicated in comments to this issue.
