Description

Ths backyard is overgrown and promotes breeding ground for varmints (rats, opossums, raccoons). Neighbors have issues with rats and loud frogs. Back yard has not been cut in over one year and a half. Pool is filled with rainwater, is stagnant and a breeding ground for insects. Trees are now growing through bricks that surround the pool, Patio is full of weeds and even around back door of home. Safety issue. Please help.
