On the left as you face the Road Runner gas station at 579 S. Broad, is a jumble of garbage, junked car parts, used tires, a permanent dumpster, a car engine, all in plain sight. A prominent display right across from the Mercer County Administration Building and the Sun Bank Arena. DISGUSTING and probably toxic!
